The unique corner suites are spacious and great for families. Indoor pool kept the kids entertained. Breakfast options are solid but could improve with more variety. The golf course nearby is a nice bonus for avid players. The evening reception felt crowded and understaffed during our stay. Some furniture in the pool area needs an update.

Rooms are nice with comfy beds. The pool was a hit with the kids. Staff were friendly. Parking is $18 per night, which adds up. Breakfast had great options but could use more vegetarian choices. Close to restaurants and shops. Overall a decent stay.

Check-in was smooth, and staff were friendly. The free happy hour was a nice touch with drinks and snacks. The king suite was spacious and clean, perfect for a relaxing stay. But, I encountered a few hiccups – there was no housekeeping, and I had to ask for basic amenities like shampoo. The breakfast had a nice variety, but ran out of shell eggs. The bathroom set-up felt awkward, needing a sink inside for convenience. a mixed bag of great service and some areas needing improvement. Would I return? It’s a tough call.

The room felt so cramped and uncomfortable; it really affected our stay. Plus, the bathroom was filthy with hair everywhere and murky towels. It was a letdown, especially since we expected much better from this chain. Super disappointing!

Great location with nice amenities, but pool was closed during my stay.

The pool feels like a warm hug, perfect for kids. The staff is friendly and treated us like royalty, while the breakfast options are varied and delicious.
The breakfast area always looks like a scene from a food stampede.

Location is on point; everything you need is a quick walk away! The spacious room has separate areas to relax, and the breakfast with fresh omelets was a real treat.
It wasn’t the cheapest option, but totally worth it.

The hotel's proximity to an incredible array of attractions makes weekend strolling an absolute delight with Icon Park just 500 meters away offering rides and shops while restaurants and entertainment options like Ripley's Believe It or Not and the Titanic Artifact Exhibition are all within less than a 15-minute walk which made our days so fun and easy to plan so we could get back for some relaxation on those soft sheets and comfy pillows but the only thing that could be improved is reducing the minor noise from traffic outside which occasionally disturbed our peaceful nights.

The breakfast was phenomenal, especially the made-to-order omelets! The staff were friendly and made me feel like family. I loved the spacious room with a fantastic view - perfect for celebrating my birthday month with my sister!

Enjoyed hosting my committee meeting in the executive boardroom with a delicious catering menu. Unwound with a cocktail at Cascades. E'terie had great food. Free shuttle, late check, out, and a grab, and.
Loved searching for towels and requesting shampoo. Such a joy to keep hunting for front desk assistance.

The room layout with two separate areas was convenient. the sofa beds were uncomfortable and in dire need of replacement. The main bed, while initially decent, lacked padding and led to backache after a restless night. The carpet was not well maintained, causing allergy issues. Bathroom cleanliness fell short; ants were present, and the toilet struggled to flush. Despite these challenges, housekeeping was generally friendly and responsive. The water pressure in the shower was excellent, and the temperature control worked well, creating a comfortable environment during the day.

Embassy Suites offers a prime spot near Icon Park, with easy access to dining and shopping. The friendly staff and enjoyable pool area added to my experience. the breakfast could be improved to accommodate the morning rush, and some areas of the hotel could use a refresh.

Staff training is urgently needed. The rudeness and lack of professionalism were glaring. Arriving back from a concert late, I struggled to find accessible parking. Empty spaces were hidden from view, and no one bothered to assist. Breakfast was enjoyable, particularly the made-to-order omelets. chaos at the buffet made it less than ideal. the common areas were well maintained. Disappointingly, the pool management was lacking; unruly guests monopolized the space, making it uncomfortable for families. This experience necessitates immediate attention to staff training and management.

We had a lovely time during our romantic escape! The room was spacious and had a sink and microwave, perfect for our needs. The location was ideal, just a couple of blocks from ICON Park and within walking distance to various restaurants. We especially enjoyed the complimentary drinks and hors d'oeuvres, and the friendly bartenders made our evenings even more enjoyable.
There were some drawbacks during our stay. The furniture in the room was worn out and in need of updating.

Had a blast during Easter! Loved the happy hour with free drinks and snacks, perfect for relaxing. The comfortable beds and delicious omelettes made my stay even better. The hotel's cleanliness was top-notch, and having the pool close to the bar and dining area was so convenient.
The parking fee of $18 per night felt unnecessary for an unsecured lot. the absence of shuttles to popular attractions like Disney or Universal Studios was a letdown.

we love this hotel. the big suite was perfect for family. the tasty free breakfast, especially the omelet, was wonderful. the free happy hour was a great perk. the location is convenient, within walking distance to some attractions. the shuttle stop for OCCC was helpful for our business trip. the staff, especially Azek, was friendly and attentive.

We hit up the Orange County Convention Center for some lit events, then checked out the International Builders' Show nearby - so much swag, dude! Plus, the staff was chill and the location was totally prime for all our adventures.
Yo, the only thing that would take this place to the next level for us party animals would be a sick rooftop bar with bangin' beats and Insta-worthy cocktails. Let's turn up the vibes!

there were a few drawbacks that stood out to us. One of the main issues was the lack of regulation for the air-conditioning in the front room. We found it difficult to adjust the temperature to our liking, and we had to resort to keeping a blanket in the closet to stay comfortable. it would have been nice to have more pillows available in the room for added comfort. The breakfast offered at the hotel was quick and delicious, and we appreciated the hot coffee that was served. Unfortunately, we encountered some challenges during happy hour, as we were not able to use our tickets on time and were denied the opportunity to redeem them. there were cleanliness issues in our room that were concerning. We noticed bugs in the kitchen area, filthy carpeting, and stained furniture. The presence of women's hair on one of the beds was off-putting, and we found sharp edges where the floor and carpet met, which could be hazardous, especially for families with young children. While the amenities like two sinks and breakfast were commendable, the cleanliness issues and lack of flexibility with the happy hour tickets were disappointing. We hope that these areas can be addressed to improve the experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this family-friendly hotel in Orlando. The staff was professional and friendly, and our spacious and clean room made us feel right at home. The buffet breakfast was amazing, and we loved the unique social hour at the bar. The hotel's location was convenient, making it easy for us to explore the best attractions and restaurants in the area.
The breakfast options fell short of our expectations, with a limited grab and go menu instead of the promised buffet spread.

We enjoyed the spacious, well-maintained suite with separate living room and bedroom. The breakfast buffet with made-to-order eggs was a great start to our day. I recommend this hotel.

I chose Embassy Suites for its proximity to Universal Orlando Resort and was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary wireless Internet access. I enjoyed an eventful day in the entertainment district with a cocktail from the in-house lounge, Cascades, and indulged in decadent desserts from The E'terie, the on-site gourmet market.
Cleaning was lacking in certain areas.
